2. Acceptance
By using the Site you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the Site.
3. What the Site is
The Site is a small number of pages of text about our company. It has no accounts, no login, no comments, no forms, and nothing for sale — there is nothing to sign up for and nothing to submit. We may change or withdraw any part of it at any time, and we do not promise it will always be available.
4. Our content and name
The text and design of the Site are owned by Symphony Works, LLC and protected by copyright. "Symphony Works" is our trademark. You may read the Site, print pages for your own reference, and quote from it with attribution. Please do not republish it wholesale, or use our name in a way that suggests we made or endorsed something we did not.
5. Acceptable use
Use the Site lawfully. Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or to any server behind it, introduce anything malicious, disrupt it, or place an unreasonable automated load on it.
6. No warranty
The site and its contents are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be accurate, uninterrupted, or error-free. Nothing on the site is legal, tax, financial, or other professional advice.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Symphony Works, LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of or inability to use the site. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100.00).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of the two sections above may not apply to you. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Links
You may link to the Site. Where the Site links somewhere else, that link is a convenience only — we do not control those sites and are not responsible for them.
9. Privacy
How we handle information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
10. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms. The date at the top of this page is the version you are reading, and a revision takes effect when it is posted. We will not backdate a revision or present one as having always been here.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and the state and federal courts sitting in Delaware will have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of them.
12. Contact
Questions about these terms go to human@symphony-works.com, or to either postal address in section 1. A person reads it.
