2. What we collect
From the website: nothing. There is no account to register, no signup, no contact form, and no checkout — there is no field on this site in which to type anything. The site sets no cookies of any kind, runs no analytics, embeds no tracking pixel, and loads nothing from a third party. The typefaces are served from this domain rather than from a font service, so that reading this page does not announce you to anyone else. You can check all of it: open your browser's network panel and look at the list of hosts. It should contain exactly one, and it should be ours.
From our host. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which keeps the standard server logs any web server keeps — IP address, timestamp, and user agent. We add nothing to that and hold no analytics account of any kind. We have no way to tell who visited.
From you, if you write to us. If you email us we receive what you chose to write and the address you wrote from. Nothing else.
3. How we use it
To answer you. That is the whole purpose. We keep correspondence for as long as it is useful to have kept it, the way anyone keeps correspondence, and we will delete it if you ask.
4. What we share
We do not sell personal information, rent it, trade it for services, or share it with advertisers, marketing partners, or data brokers. We have no advertising relationships of any kind. We would disclose information only to the vendors that make the service work at all — our website host and our mail provider, each seeing only what is technically necessary — or where we are required to by law or valid legal process.
5. Security
The site is served only over HTTPS and sends a content security policy that permits no third-party resource. Mail moves over encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure and we will not claim otherwise; what we can say is that the amount of your information we hold is close to nothing, which is the only security measure that never fails.
6. Your choices
Because we hold nothing beyond correspondence you chose to send us, this is simple: write to us and ask what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we will. We send no marketing email, so there is no list to unsubscribe from. You will never be asked to create an account in order to ask.
7. Children
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, write to us and we will delete it.
8. Changes
We may revise this policy. The date at the top is the version you are reading. If a change is significant — anything that would let us collect or share more than we do today — we will post it here before it takes effect. A change to this policy happens in public or it does not happen.
9. Contact
Questions about this policy, or a request about your information, go to human@symphony-works.com, or to either postal address in section 1. A person reads it.
